Personnel Administration Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely and high-quality maintenance of personnel records management and HR administration;
• Accurately and promptly entering HR information, as well as all employee data, into the electronic database;
• Carrying out electronic registration of labor relations between the employer — the Company and employees;
• Timely familiarization of newly hired employees with the Company’s local regulatory documents;
• Proper maintenance of order registration logs;
• Creating employee personal files, maintaining archives of personal files, as well as receiving, filling out, recording, storing, and issuing employees’ labor books in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, accounting, or a related field;
• Language skills: fluent Russian; Uzbek and English are preferred;
• Advanced PC skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office, 1C, and mehnat.uz programs;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Road Safety Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing and monitoring compliance with road safety requirements, including adherence to legislation and the Company’s internal regulations;
• Analyzing the causes of road traffic accidents and violations, developing and implementing preventive measures, and interacting with government authorities;
• Organizing training, briefings, and professional development for drivers, as well as maintaining reports and documentation related to road safety;
• Participating in investigations of road traffic accidents and conducting preventive activities aimed at reducing accident rates;
• Developing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of internal documents regulating road safety within the Company.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher or specialized secondary education;
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the Road Safety Department or the automotive transport system;
• Language skills: fluent Russian; Uzbek and English are preferred;
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts, guiding and methodological documents on road safety, the structure, purpose, and design features of motor vehicle transport rolling stock, technical operation rules, traffic regulations, as well as occupational health, safety, and fire safety standards and regulations;
• Confident PC skills;
• Discipline, attentiveness, demanding attitude, исполнительность, ability to take responsibility and make rational decisions.

Lead HR Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving, processing, and monitoring the execution of employee requests related to HR administration, reporting, and compensation/benefits, including initial resolution and escalation of complex cases;
• Preparing, verifying, and maintaining HR documentation, reports, and system data (including payroll calculation, personal data, and personnel changes), ensuring their accuracy and relevance;
• Preparing regular and ad hoc HR reports, analyzing HR data (headcount, turnover, absences, workforce structure, etc.), as well as preparing mandatory internal and external reports;
• Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Company’s internal policies and procedures, including personal data protection and control of HR processes;
• Participating in the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and communications, as well as in employee training and knowledge sharing within the HR function;
• Monitoring payroll, leave management, employment contracts, and HR document workflow processes, including storage and accounting of strict reporting documents.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience in personnel management;
• Language skills: fluent Russian; Uzbek and English are preferred;
• Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation;
• Good organizational and planning skills.

Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, assess, and contribute to the elimination of all existing and potential threats related to the Company’s activities that may lead to health hazards, unsafe working conditions, environmental impact, and fire safety violations;
• Implement management systems, programs, and procedures to achieve the goals of the Company’s policies, procedures, and the HSE department objectives;
• Monitor the effectiveness of personal protective equipment, safety equipment and systems, the condition of safety devices and protective mechanisms, ensuring their availability and operability according to standards;
• Control the timely testing, inspection, and proper operation of pressure vessels, lifting mechanisms, racks, equipment, and tools;
• Develop and supervise measurements of industrial noise, air environment, vibration, emissions, etc., in accordance with regulatory legal acts;
• Participate in the standardization of work processes according to HSE requirements;
• Organize and develop training, certification, and qualification programs ensuring safe working methods.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher technical or specialized secondary education;
• At least 3 years of experience in the specialty or in engineering and technical positions (preferred);
• Language skills: fluent Russian, Uzbek and English are preferred;
• High level of PC proficiency: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Responsibility and result-oriented mindset.

Driver

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving a company vehicle and ensuring the safe transportation of passengers, cargo, and documents;
• Compliance with traffic rules and the Company’s internal regulations;
• Ensuring the vehicle is in proper technical condition and carrying out daily inspections before departure;
• Timely completion of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work;
• Monitoring the cleanliness and proper external and internal condition of the vehicle;
• Maintaining travel documentation (trip sheets, mileage reports, fuel consumption reports, etc.);
• Performing official assignments from management related to transportation support;
• Ensuring the safety and security of the vehicle, documents, and transported property;
• Compliance with occupational health, safety, and fire safety requirements.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Secondary technical education;
• At least 3 years of driving experience with category “B”;
• Language skills: fluent Russian; Uzbek and English are preferred;
• Excellent knowledge of traffic regulations;
• Safe and careful driving skills;
• Responsibility, discipline, and attentiveness.

Leading Specialist for Marketing Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development, maintenance, and automation of analytical reports based on databases using Excel and Power BI;
• Interaction with external partner companies on issues related to system integration, support, and development;
• Conducting business analysis of current processes, identifying growth points and bottlenecks, preparing proposals for optimization and development, participating in the creation of system development roadmaps;
• Preparation of analytical and management presentations for leadership and stakeholders;
• Participation in the development of the annual marketing strategy, as well as planning and budgeting processes;
• Ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of marketing systems: access management, processing user requests, coordinating communications and approvals with regional and global management.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, or business analytics;
• At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing and/or distribution departments;
• Language skills: fluent Russian and English;
• Knowledge of Excel Advanced level, Power Query & Power BI Intermediate;
• Analytical and logical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of information and process data within tight deadlines;
• Ability to develop technical specifications for system development/improvement;
• Ability to work in a team and effectively manage a team.

CONDITIONS:

• Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;

Electronic equipment adjuster operator

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technological process, perform equipment settings/adjustments;
• Monitor the technical condition of electrical equipment;
• Ensure proper technical operation and uninterrupted operation of electronic equipment in the cigarette, filter rod, and heated tobacco blends production department;
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate transfer of information provided within the framework of work processes between shifts;
• Facilitate the recording and analysis of electrical equipment usage indicators;
• Eliminate all types of breakdowns and failures of electrical equipment in the area within the scope of their qualifications;
• Efficiently work with technical documentation;
• Obtain necessary spare parts from Warehouse.

Requirements:

• Secondary vocational education;
• Knowledge of the technological process of manufacturing and packaging cigarettes, filter sticks, and heated tobacco blends;
• Knowledge of the technological process of the production unit;
• Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings;
• Skills in replacing equipment parts;
• PC proficiency, skills in working with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Executive, punctual, responsible, sociable, and able to work in a team.

Specialist in User and Marketing Systems Support in Digital Channels

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full management and execution of digital campaigns at all stages in Telegram bots, Instagram, and other relevant platforms;
• Close interaction with external agencies to ensure timely campaign implementation and compliance with quality standards;
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure coordinated and effective task execution;
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing detailed analytics on results and areas for improvement;
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools;
• Supporting the team in ensuring a high-quality and consistent brand presence in the market.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education (preferably in marketing);
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital, or related fields (preferred);
• Language skills: fluent Russian and Uzbek, intermediate English;
• Good understanding of digital platforms and social media;
• Strong skills in working with data and numbers;
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for content editing and quick adjustments;
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data processing, pivot tables, reporting);
