Personnel Administration Specialist

Personnel Administration Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely and high-quality maintenance of personnel records management and HR administration;
- Accurately and promptly entering HR information, as well as all employee data, into the electronic database;
- Carrying out electronic registration of labor relations between the employer — the Company and employees;
- Timely familiarization of newly hired employees with the Company’s local regulatory documents;
- Proper maintenance of order registration logs;
- Creating employee personal files, maintaining archives of personal files, as well as receiving, filling out, recording, storing, and issuing employees’ labor books in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Higher education;

Road Safety Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing and monitoring compliance with road safety requirements, including adherence to legislation and the Company’s internal regulations;
- Analyzing the causes of road traffic accidents and violations, developing and implementing preventive measures, and interacting with government authorities;
- Organizing training, briefings, and professional development for drivers, as well as maintaining reports and documentation related to road safety;
- Participating in investigations of road traffic accidents and conducting preventive activities aimed at reducing accident rates;
- Developing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of internal documents regulating road safety within the Company.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Higher or specialized secondary education;
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the Road Safety Department or the automotive transport system;
- Language skills: fluent Russian; Uzbek and English are preferred;

Lead HR Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving, processing, and monitoring the execution of employee requests related to HR administration, reporting, and compensation/benefits, including initial resolution and escalation of complex cases;
- Preparing, verifying, and maintaining HR documentation, reports, and system data (including payroll calculation, personal data, and personnel changes), ensuring their accuracy and relevance;
- Preparing regular and ad hoc HR reports, analyzing HR data (headcount, turnover, absences, workforce structure, etc.), as well as preparing mandatory internal and external reports;
- Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Company’s internal policies and procedures, including personal data protection and control of HR processes;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, assess, and contribute to the elimination of all existing and potential threats related to the Company’s activities that may lead to health hazards, unsafe working conditions, environmental impact, and fire safety violations;
- Implement management systems, programs, and procedures to achieve the goals of the Company’s policies, procedures, and the HSE department objectives;
- Monitor the effectiveness of personal protective equipment, safety equipment and systems, the condition of safety devices and protective mechanisms, ensuring their availability and operability according to standards;
- Control the timely testing, inspection, and proper operation of pressure vessels, lifting mechanisms, racks, equipment, and tools;
- Develop and supervise measurements of industrial noise, air environment, vibration, emissions, etc., in accordance with regulatory legal acts;
- Participate in the standardization of work processes according to HSE requirements;

- Interaction with external partner companies on issues related to system integration, support, and development;
